Custom DTF Gang Sheet Transfers

Combine multiple logos, names and full-color graphics on one 22.5-inch-wide transfer sheet. LF Graphics prints custom DTF gang sheets for cotton, polyester and blended apparel, including T-shirts, hoodies, workwear, tote bags and team gear.

Choose the setup that fits your project

  • Ready-to-print gang sheet: upload a completed transparent layout sized to your selected sheet.
  • Single design repeated: send one design, its finished transfer size and the number of copies you need.
  • Layout help: upload your files and explain how you want them arranged.

How to order

  1. Select a 22.5-inch-wide sheet length from 24 to 144 inches.
  2. Enter the number of sheets.
  3. Choose your artwork setup and upload a PNG, JPG or PDF.
  4. Add pickup, shipping and deadline details, then submit the order request.

Artwork guidelines

Transparent PNG artwork is preferred. Prepare raster files at 300 DPI at the final print size whenever possible, and do not mirror the artwork. LF Graphics reviews resolution, transparency and layout before production and contacts you with final pricing.

DTF Artwork Requirements

  • Transparent PNG is preferred; high-resolution JPG and PDF files are also accepted.
  • Prepare raster artwork at 300 DPI at the final transfer size whenever possible.
  • Do not mirror the artwork; LF Graphics prepares the print orientation.
  • Remove unwanted backgrounds or request background-removal help in the notes.
  • Keep artwork inside the selected 22.5-inch sheet width.

Applying Your DTF Transfers

These gang sheets use hot-peel film. Exact temperature, dwell time and pressure can vary by garment and production batch, so follow the application settings included with your completed LF Graphics order.

  • Pre-press the garment to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  • Use firm, even pressure across the entire design.
  • Peel as directed, then cover and finish-press when instructed.
  • Allow the decorated garment to cure before washing or stretching.
