Changes are easiest before approval.

Contact LF Graphics as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made depends on the current production stage.

Before proof approval

Explain the requested wording, artwork or specification change clearly. Revised work may affect price and timing.

After approval

Production may begin quickly. A change, hold or cancellation might not be possible after approval.

After production begins

Materials and labor may already be committed. Contact the team immediately for available options.

If there is a problem

Report issues promptly and keep the order materials.

Provide the order reference, a clear description and photographs that show the concern. Keep the packaging and affected items until the review is complete.

Compare the received item with the approved proof and specifications

Photograph the full product and close details in clear lighting

Note quantities affected and any visible shipping damage

Wait for review instructions before discarding or returning items
